Duties and responsibilities:
You will be responsible for creating a positive first impression for all traffic in the office. Ensure that all customers, administrative activities, and incoming calls move smoothly.
·        Answer phone calls and quickly determine the caller's need to route calls promptly.
·        Greet and process all job applicants and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
·        Manage the applicant flow and prepare candidates for interviews by administering employment applications and skills testing.
·        Review and enter the online applications in our candidate tracking system and proactively schedule applicants for interviews.
·        Assist with recruiting and sales efforts.
Hourly rate is $17.00. Full-time opportunity after graduation!
