Program Facilitator (Remote)
Job Summary
Responsible for the delivery of the Positive Action at Monessen Middle School program curriculum. The Program Facilitators are responsible for the direct delivery of program materials to the students in Monessen Middle School grades 6, 7 and 8. The Program Facilitators will report directly to the Project Coordinator and complete all duties as assigned.
THIS POSITION REQUIRES A TWO SEMESTER COMMITMENT OF FALL 2020 AND SPRING 2021.
Primary responsibilities
- Become familiar with all aspects of Positive Action Curriculum.
- Attend trainings as required.
- Deliver the Positive Action Curriculum to the students.
- Maintain contact will all program participants.
- Provide oversight of all program supplies.
- Serve as a liaison between Monessen Middle School and the program.
- Work closely with the Monessen school district teachers and school staff.
- Solve any problems that might arise in a tactful and responsive manner.
- Additional duties as required by Project Manager and Project Coordinator.
Work Hours/Benefits
8 hours a week for 48 weeks @ $10.00/hr.; Work hours = 3 internship credits
Education, Experience and Licensing Requirements
Undergraduate Student at Cal U enrolled in a degree program in related field
